Activity Lookup may collect information through a variety of methods, including:
• information voluntarily submitted by Users through forms or other interactions with the Services;
• information submitted by Businesses, employers, or authorized representatives for publication of Listings or employment opportunities;
• photographs, videos, documents, electronic signatures, and other materials voluntarily uploaded by Users;
• communications sent by email or through the Website;
• cookies and similar technologies;
• analytics tools used to understand how the Services are accessed and used;
• information obtained from publicly available sources;
• information generated automatically by your browser, device, or internet connection when accessing the Services; and
• information received from third-party service providers that assist in operating the Services.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• process Business and employment submissions;

• verify submissions, identities, acknowledgments, declarations, or electronic signatures where appropriate;
• analyze Website performance, usage patterns, and visitor engagement;

• create aggregated or de-identified statistical information for analytics, research, reporting, and service improvement purposes;
• detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized activities, or security incidents;

Businesses, employers, organizations, and other Listing owners voluntarily submit information for the purpose of publication through the Services.
Information submitted for publication may include business names, descriptions, contact information, websites, addresses, photographs, videos, operating hours, pricing, services, employment opportunities, and other Listing content.
By submitting such information, the submitting party understands and acknowledges that the information is intended to be publicly displayed, indexed by search engines, and made available to Website visitors.
Once published, such information may remain accessible through search engine indexes, cached copies, web archives, artificial intelligence systems, or other third-party services beyond Activity Lookup's control, even after the information is modified or removed from the Services.
Businesses remain responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, and that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to submit such information for publication.
Activity Lookup does not intentionally request or require the submission of sensitive personal information, such as government-issued identification numbers, financial account information, payment card information, medical records, biometric information, or other highly sensitive personal information, unless specifically requested for a legitimate business purpose.
Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless expressly requested by Activity Lookup.
5. USER-GENERATED PUBLIC CONTENT
Certain information voluntarily submitted by Businesses, employers, organizations, or other Users is intended for public display through the Services.
Information published in Listings may become publicly available and may be viewed, copied, shared, indexed, cached, archived, translated, summarized, or otherwise processed by search engines, artificial intelligence systems, browser features, third-party services, or other Website visitors.
Users should carefully consider the information they choose to submit for publication.
Activity Lookup cannot control how publicly available information is subsequently accessed, used, reproduced, or retained by third parties after publication.
6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Activity Lookup uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
Cookies may be used for purposes including:

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Services are hosted on the Wix.com website building and hosting platform, operated by Wix.com Ltd. Personal information collected through the Services, including information submitted via Website forms, is processed and stored using Wix's infrastructure. Activity Lookup uses third-party service providers to support the operation of the Services.

Businesses may choose to publish links inviting Users to communicate through WhatsApp or other third-party messaging platforms.
Participation in such groups or communications is entirely voluntary.
Once a User leaves the Activity Lookup Website and interacts with a third-party communication platform, the collection, processing, storage, and use of information are governed by the privacy policy and terms of that third-party platform.
Activity Lookup does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party communication service.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, Activity Lookup may delete, anonymize, or securely retain archived copies where permitted or required by applicable law.
Residual copies of information may continue to exist in backup systems for a reasonable period of time before being overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of business.

Activity Lookup implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. These safeguards may include, as appropriate, encryption, access controls, network security measures, system monitoring, and other reasonable technical and organizational measures implemented by Activity Lookup and its service providers to help safeguard information.

Activity Lookup does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

The Services are intended for use by individuals located in the United States. Activity Lookup does not knowingly direct the Services to individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
The Services are operated from the United States.
